The option of DDU means that your shipment passes through Malaysian Customs and the local courier will prepare the billing for you to pay cash on delivery (COD) or by bank transfer if there are any duties and taxes incurred.

In this option, please note there are Malaysian customs clearance fees separate from our shipping fee and that is to be paid to local courier either COD or by bank transfer and the billing will be sent to your home if there are tax incurred.

In general, usually there will be tax incurred when the CIF value of shipment is higher than RM 500. The actual Sales and Services Tax (SST) charges depend on the type of goods rendered. However, it may be subject to change without prior notice.
